1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Nexent platform, websites, and demonstration interfaces, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and applicable laws.
2. Permitted Use
The micro-demonstrations and voice agents provided on the public website are for evaluation and qualification purposes only. Reverse engineering, automated probing, or attempting to compromise internal model boundaries is strictly prohibited.
3. Proprietary Architecture
All proprietary systems, reasoning architectures, signal protocols, and interface designs remain the exclusive intellectual property of Nexent, Inc.
4. Enterprise Engagements
Production SLAs, liability limits, and dedicated deployment terms are governed by individual Enterprise Master Services Agreements (MSA).
